If you received your order and want to make a change please email us at haircandycertified@gmail.com. When shipping back your item please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.

Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. In order to receive credit for your exchange the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it.
